Cancellation
– In case of cancellation or changes 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, no cost will be charged.
– In case of cancellation 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 60% of the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.
– In case of cancellation 7 days before the expected date of arrival or no-show, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Pool & Gardens
Access and use of the swimming pool and gardens is for the exclusive use of customers.

Parking Area
The Villa offers its customers a free outdoor garage space for the parking space.

Conditions for animals
Access to dogs is allowed. Cats cannot stay in the Villa.
